Women's Work Trousers
Industrial work trousers designed for women, not adapted from men's. Made for the shop floor, the site and everything in between, without compromising on practicality, performance or professionalism. Full description TBC
Why we made them
Founder Sophie Marshall has worked in engineering since her apprenticeship at 17. Women she worked with tried for years to find workwear that fitted and got nowhere. These trousers are her answer.

Is this PPE?
These are workwear and are not sold as certified personal protective equipment. Always follow your employer's PPE requirements for your task and site.
Designed around a real problem
“If you don’t have the correct workwear, if it’s baggy, it’s not going to fit right. It can get entrapped in machinery.”
Sophie Marshall, founder
What we set out to fix
Made for the work. Cut for women.
Room to move
Restrictive workwear is uncomfortable across a long shift. “You want that breathing room, and it’s just not there.”
No more baggy
Men's sizes on a woman's body mean excess fabric that gets in the way, and on the shop floor that matters.
Look the part
Professional on site, without having to hide who you are. HERSTEEL is about feeling confident, comfortable and feminine at work.
